Region itself is great, the aqua-park and indoor pools, as well as restaurants and bars, are in a great shape. The staff at Terme Catez is nice and friendly, but they are mostly seasonal workers who are not very experienced, which has the worst impact with waiters, who struggle to service 3 tables at once and can't remember even the simplest of orders without writing them down. They are quite good at speaking English and German, though, and are at least courteous and polite. The real negative is the prices, which are through the roof.
