hu Altomincio Village ****

A high ropes course, and a cable car over the pool

During your summer holiday, why not enjoy the two large swimming pools at this campsite. This campsite near Lake Garda offers plenty of fun in the water for the whole family and for the whole day. But of course there's plenty more to do at hu Altomincio Village campsite. Here you'll find a high ropes course, good food in good restaurants and, of course, luxury mobile homes. You could choose one of the SunLodges, for example, which are located near the swimming pool. Really practical! hu Altomincio Village is an ideal starting point for day trips. You could head to Verona, for example, city of Romeo and Juliet. Or visit Gardaland, the large amusement park on Lake Garda.

Holidays near Lake Garda

If you fancy spending your holidays near Lake Garda in Italy, then hu Altomincio Village might just be the perfect option for you. This campsite is situated less than ten kilometres south of Lake Garda. The campsite is located in a large nature reserve, right on the border of Lombardy and Veneto. The Mincio river flows right past the campsite, and along the river you will always find a good fishing spot among the greenery. Cast out your fishing rod!

Endless aquatic fun in the large swimming pool

What's the first thing your children will want when you arrive at the campsite? They'll want to go swimming, of course! The large, shallow lagoon pool is a great spot for the whole family to enjoy the water. The children can splash around in the pool, which is extra safe because of its padded floor. So you can sunbathe on one of the loungers without a care. Or race together on the steep water slides. You can also take a leisurely swim in the large competition pool. Whatever pool you choose, at campsitehu Altomincio Village you'll have endless fun in the water.

Climbing, playing and dancing

Don't be surprised, when you are floating in the pool, if you see people zipping overhead every now and then. There is a zipline above the pool, an exciting attraction that is part of the ropes course. Are your children daredevil enough to give it a try? If they are still too small, take them to the playground. Or watch a dance show together. Anyone can join in! Then go to the pizzeria. Italian pizza is best eaten in Italy, after all! And if you still have some room in your stomach, why not have an ice cream or a pancake with Nutella.

Luxury SunLodge near the pool

If your children like to swim every day, you should stay in one of the Suncamp mobile homes. The SunLodges are only a few steps away from the pool, and the restaurant and playground are also nearby. But it is not only their location that makes these SunLodges so advantageous. These mobile homes are an example of how luxurious glamping can be. SunLodge Maple and Redwood have two bathrooms! We will take your luggage to your SunLodge in this car-free park in a golf buggy.

The city of Romeo and Juliet

If you would like to go on a day out, you can take a trip to Lake Garda in no time. The nice little harbour of Peschiera del Garda is only ten minutes away. Or drive to Verona in half an hour. Tell the children the famous story of Romeo and Juliet along the way. This story takes place in this Italian city. And if the children don't want to leave the campsite at all, just promise them a day in Gardaland. This large amusement park on Lake Garda has the most exciting roller coasters and white water rides. There are also fun rides for the little ones.

Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Erg leuke camping, vooral tot de leeftijd van 12 jaar.

Family with children, 4 – 12 years
