We flew into Pisa and hired a car to drive down to the campsite. The countryside is stunning - fields of sunflowers! We did a trip to Volterra which was just amazing... beautiful hill side town with great views over the Tuscan hills.

We got what we asked for. Were next door to friends also from ireland. Sheltered by the trees from the sun. Just excellent.
