A holiday under the Tuscan sun

Camping on a hillside among the olive trees on the beautiful bay of Talamone, that’s camping at Talamone Camping Village. The Italian summer is wonderful at this lush Mediterranean campsite with its private beach. Pick a spot on the pier or dream the day away under one of the wicker parasols on the sandy beach. The very youngest children can splash about safely in the toddlers’ pool on the campsite. And if you’ve had enough of the sea, you can take a dip in one of the campsite’s swimming pools!

In the middle of the countryside

You have wonderful views of the hills and the sea from this Italian terraced campsite close to the Maremma National Park. The camping pitches are separated by trees, so you can sit outdoors and be undisturbed in the shade. The trees make most of the pitches suitable for a hammock, so don’t forget to pack one! The diverse surroundings make Talamone Camping Village a wonderful holiday destination for families who like having plenty to do and who enjoy relaxing in the middle of the countryside.

Always fun (in the water)!

You’ll want to spend as much time in the water as possible when you’re on a beach holiday. The campsite rents out surfboards, kayaks, sailing boats and pedalo boats. You might even have your first sailing or surfing lesson this summer! You can freshen up in one of the swimming pools while enjoying the view of Talamone and the bay. Young children can splash around in the toddlers’ pool. The campsite’s mini club and entertainment team will ensure a great time for young and old. The colour party on the pier is an unusual experience that you certainly won’t want to miss! There are also sports facilities for football, table tennis and basketball, and this is where fun games and competitions are organised. Anyone who has always wanted to try horse riding can go to the stables 15 kilometres from the campsite for an unforgettable ride through the Tuscan countryside

Plenty of choice

Talamone Camping Village has a restaurant with an extensive menu, a snack bar and a pizzeria, so there’s plenty of choice! It also has a supermarket for basic provisions and crusty fresh bread will ensure that every day of your holiday gets off to a good start. Not to mention a real Italian ice cream which is the perfect way to end the day.

Picturesque alleyways and squares

The fishing village of Talamone is located two kilometres from the most southerly point of the Uccelina hills. The village is located on the hillside, so it has wonderful views with picturesque alleyways and squares and views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy a real piece of Italy in Talamone. You can spend the evenings in one of the small restaurants where you can enjoy the best of Italian cuisine. The street cafes down by the harbour have romantic views and delicious fish restaurants. If you don’t mind covering a few extra kilometres with the family you can take a great city trip to the cultural centres of Florence, Rome or Siena, which are easily reached from the campsite. A city trip such as this will also go down well with teenagers!
