We travelled everyday to places as we really wanted to get off the campsite. The best thing about the campsite was it is on a bike route so you can cycle east or west traffic free. We went on bike rides to Morestel and Cremieu. As we didn’t like the swimming lake at the campsite we travelled a couple of times to Aix Le Bains, which is lovely. It’s clean, the lake is large and the scenery is beautiful. We also went to Geneva and Lyon.
