Campsites in Corsica: a pleasant climate, sun, sea and sand
Corsica is France's largest island, located in the Mediterranean Sea and is a great location for enjoying the delightful Mediterranean climate. Wherever your campsite, in Corsica there is always a beach nearby, with the best sandy beaches in the port-town of Porto Vecchio on the island's south coast. The sea here is perfect for water-skiing, sailing and diving.

Sights on Corsica

The capital Ajaccio is the birthplace of Napoleon, and the key sights in the town are dedicated to the French emperor. The port of Ajaccio is also well worth a visit.
- Bastia
The town of Bastia offers splendid panoramas of the Tuscan coast. In the centre of the town you will find 'Place St. Nicolas', a great starting point for acquainting yourself with the town. The most picturesque spot is without doubt the old port.

There are a variety of ways to travel to Corsica. You could travel by car – Corsica can be reached by ferry from the French mainland and there are daily services from both French and Italian ferry terminals. It is also possible to fly to the island, which although small, has four airports.
