Oasis of peace with swimming pool
We have mentioned it before, but Holme Å Camping is a true oasis of peace. Surrounded by the natural beauty of southern Denmark, it is the perfect place to relax. The swimming pool is simple but perfect for a few laps in the morning. Holme Å Camping is centrally located in the country, so the beach is not around the corner, but the distance for a day out is within reach.
Enough to do
Although Holme Å Camping is mainly a place for those seeking peace and quiet, that doesn't mean there's nothing to do. On the contrary! The children have a great time every day on the playground or in the bouncy castle. And because everything is well laid out and spacious, you can let them play without a care in the world. The campsite also has a fireplace and barbecue facilities. Fancy a bit of exercise? The area is perfect for long walks, cycling or fishing. At Holme Å Camping you will have time for yourself.
Food and drink
Holme Å Camping does not have a restaurant but we do offer takeaway food. So if you don't feel like cooking, it's just a short walk to the park entrance. There is also a small shop where you can find some products for cooking. Fresh bread is also available every day. For larger shopping trips or a meal out, you'll be in the centre of Hovborg in no time at all.
Enter the great outdoors
A stay at Holme Å Camping puts you in the heart of mainland Denmark. This is the place to enjoy walking and cycling through lush forests and greenery. The famous Coast to Coast Trail is only 500 metres from the campsite. Clean air, old trees and the odd wild animal; this is the place to relax. Ready for a bit more action? A short drive takes you to Danish gems like Ribe and Kolding, with historic town centres and picturesque streets. Of course, Legoland remains a favourite with young visitors.
