Four Italian campsites with a treetop adventure park – and one bonus!
13 January, 2021
See yourself zooming from one treetop to another? Or your kids clambering over the cool rope ladders like monkeys? Then these Italian campsites with treetop adventure parks are for you! Somewhere you can conquer the ‘high trees’ every single day! Campsites with that added challenge. The first four campsites not only have fantastic treetop adventure parks, but our super deluxe Sunlodges as well!
1. Have the time of your life at Village Norcenni Girasole
This really is a campsite for those who love to be active. Camping Village Norcenni Girasole features ‘Funfair Adventures’ – play equipment for the children. Let them start their adventure at the climbing wall and the bungee trampolines, and then let them loose on the mini-quad track. And when they’re ready for their biggest challenge, it’s time for the treetop climbing course, where they have to scramble their way through the trees to the other side. After that, it’s surely time for an ice cream. Oh, if only we’d stayed children ourselves!
2. Clambering at Camping Park Albatros
The large family campsite Park Albatros is located in Tuscany. In the Jungle Tour, you can climb all the way to the top, and from the highest point, look out over the playground and campsite! Climb from one tree to another. If your children have noticed the climbing, you can relax on the terrace with a drink while your kids are having fun in the playground. In the evenings, you and the kids can go crazy at the disco. This large campsite has so much to do, you’ll never have time to be bored!
3. For the sporty ones: Pra’delle Torri campsite
Not so keen on heights? Don’t fancy crossing the rope bridges? Still want some sporting action? Pra’delle Torri could be the place for you! The campsite has a low climbing wall, so you can still go climbing even if you’re afraid of heights. Plus, with fitness, mountain biking and golf, sports enthusiasts will be in their element. The campsite is just 57 kilometres from Venice and boasts the largest leisure pool on the Adriatic coast!
4. Zoom over the campsite at Altomincio Family Park!!
Altomincio Family Park not only has a climbing course but a cableway and swimming pool as well! The cableway is part of the climbing course. The campsite offers climbing and fun in the water for the whole family! Fancy even more adventure? Glide down the water slide and visit the playground! Perfect for small children.
5. Adventure nearby: Il Gigante Adventure Park
Perhaps you don’t need a treetop adventure park on your campsite, but a little adventure nearby would be nice… Just fourteen kilometres from Village Mugello Verde is Il Gigante Adventure Park, where the kids can climb independently thanks to the smart safety system. There are even low routes for the little ones. And don’t worry, there’s plenty for the adults too! Fantastic fun if you’re holidaying with friends! Go climbing, and let the child in you go wild.
